         http://www.MDChoice.com MDChoice.com is a Medicine and Health Portal (i.e. a convenient method to obtain lots of information and access to different medical and health websites). Has a listing of full-text medical journals available online. Has both healthcare professional and consumer information available.

4.     New England Journal of Medicine

        http://www.nejm.org Table of contents of current issue. A good way to determine what's new in medicine and if needed, you can go to the library to copy articles of interest (or if you have an online subscription, you can get articles off the internet).

5.     U of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center's Disease State Management Program

        http://www.ceprofessor.uky.edu/cpe/dsmm.asp University of Kentucky has an extensive CE program which includes a DSM program. A set of readings covering the most up to date information on the epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, diagosis, prognosis, treatments, outcomes and other aspects of the disease are provided to the participant online (after payment of a fee). A self-paced program.
