In one study, Clobex Lotion cleared 72% of patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis. In addition, Clobex Lotion demonstrated superior concentration in the epidermis vs clobetasol propionate cream and clobetasol propionate emollient cream. Moreover, in clinical trials, adverse events with Clobex Lotion were comparable to vehicle placebo.
